All fitness programs have a small fee for participation, but the first class is free! If you enjoy your first visit, purchase a Flex Pass that has 24 classes. The cost is $36 for members or $48 for guests.
Easy: Classes labeled as easy have less challenging moves and involve more stationary movements.
Moderate: Classes labeled as moderate include moderate activity and will also boost your heart rate.
Challenging: Classes labeled as challenging, have complex movements and involve a higher heart rate.
Kung Fu Forms & Katas
This class consists of teaching forms used in the two styles of martial arts, Moh Pai Kempo and Pai Huh Shih Kung Fu. Jon Doll has been training and instructing for over 25 years. Some of the specific forms (katas) will be taught over time.

SilverSneakers BOOM Move
Level of Difficulty: Challenging
Dance-inspired workout with easy-to-follow movement patterns. This class meets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 to 9:45 a.m.
Yoga
Level of Difficulty: Easy
Join yoga to enjoy a great sense of well-being. The yoga movements (poses) help to create a better relationship with one’s body by increasing strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance. Pranayama (breath work) and meditation are integrated into the class. Everyone is welcome and each participant works at his or her own level and comfort. Yoga is $5 per class with payments made directly to yogi Mary Ann Dolson. This class meets every Monday and Wednesday at 11:00 a.m.
Tai Chi with Jon Doll
Level of Difficulty: Easy
Tai chi is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Jon Doll has studied and practiced martial arts, meditation, mindfulness and yoga for nearly 50 years. Tai Chi for Beginners meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00-11:30 a.m. The Intermediate/Advanced Class meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to Noon.
SilverSneakers Stability
Level of Difficulty: Easy
This class includes seated and standing exercises to increate muscular stretch, range of motion, and activities of daily living. Great for a beginner or someone with limitations. Classes meet Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 -8:45 a.m.
Core Class
Level of Difficulty: Moderate
This low impact floormat class will improve core strength and flexibility. Core meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m.
Gentle Yoga with Kathy
Level of Difficulty: Easy
This class is a creative blend of feel-good stretches with a variety of breath work and somatic therapies. Classes also include some self-massage techniques and a final relaxation with healing meditations. We focus on areas of concern for each individual and aim to bring about self-awareness through movement. Classes are $5 and is paid to the instructor before or after class. We meet on Fridays at 11:00 a.m. - Noon in the Activity Room.
SilverSneakers Classic

ABC Fitness
Level of Difficulty: Challenging
Improve or maintain balance and cardiovascular health in the Ageless Balance and Cardio class. This 45 minute class meets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday starting at 8-8:45 a.m.
Ecstatic Dancing
Level of Difficulty: Easy
Ecstatic dance is a form of dance in which the dancers, without the need to follow specific steps, abandon themselves to the rhythm and move freely as the music takes them. Join Kathy Alby, Bob Fleming, and Jokasha Klest every Tuesday from 3:00-3:45 p.m. and every Friday from 12:15-1:15 p.m. The cost is $5.
Chair Yoga
Level of Difficulty: Easy
Join chair yoga to enjoy a great sense of well-being without needing to get onto the floor. Yoga helps to create a better relationship with one’s body by increasing strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance. Pranayama (breath work) and meditation are integrated into the class. Everyone is welcome and each participant works at his or her own level and comfort. Yoga is $4 per class with payments made directly to yogi Mary Ann Dolson. This class meets every Monday except the fourth Monday of the month at 1:30 p.m.
Square Dancing
Class will be Wednesdays from 1:30-3:30pm. First hour of class is Square Dancing lessons/workshops and the seconds hour is a dance. January 3rd, 10th and 17th will be new dancers introduction class. These dates will be for new people who want to try out Square Dancing. Starting January 24th there will be 14 weeks of Mainstream Square Dancing lessons. Experienced dancers are encouraged to come to "Angel" the first hour of lessons. This is a great way to brush up and help new dancers. Prices would be the same as a typical fitness class.
Line Dancing
Level of Difficulty: Moderate
This low-impact class makes for fun exercise for the body and the brain. The moves are easy to get the hang of. This class meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.
